 Meet the Polychem Systems Staff!

 

Director of Sales - Stephen Fenwick lived and worked as a consultant in Europe and Africa before coming to the US in the early 80’s and becoming heavily involved in the environmental industry in the early 90’s. Stephen joined Polychem in 1995, initially focusing on sales in Europe and later having responsibility for all Polychem international sales. Appointed Director of Sales in 2004 for both domestic and international projects, Stephen still retains direct responsibility for Polychem’s China sales.

 

Director of Operations – Mike Walker joined Polychem in 1985.  His tenure has included all aspects of the business operation including manufacturing, project estimating, contracts, engineering and now as Director of Operations.  His current responsibilities are centered around procurement, materials, field technical services, project management, quality control and customer service.  Mike and his wife Marcie have been married for 38 years and have four children and three grandchildren.  “The future of Polychem is being written today, the youth of our organization are strong, have purpose, and are dedicated to carrying on the rich history of this organization”.

 

Director of Engineering - Lisa Peterson, M.B.A. with B.S. & M.S. in Electrical Engineering, spent the first part of her career in the optical communications industry.  In 2008, she decided to enter the environmental industry and joined Polychem Systems, Division of Brentwood Industries. As the Director of Engineering, Lisa manages the engineering organization, including the design and development of all Polychem Systems products.
